Trevor Lee was born in Huntsville, AL, but spent his adolescence in Galveston, TX. He relocated to Houston, TX as a senior in highschool where after most of his industry development began behind the scenes as creative director for regional acts.

Recently co-headlined Chill Fest 2024. One of many follow ups after performing at The World Games 2022 July 8th main showcase featured on CBS, he has performed at festivals such as Fantom Aftermath (2022), Texas Taco Tequila & Music Festival (2021), SXSW and Boomin by the Bay, shared billing with hitmakers Baby Bash, Bun B, Lil' Keke, and breakout star Tobe Nwigwe among others.

Since his debut album "Struggle Ain't New" in 2017 with Rapture Life Records, he has been releasing singles independently and touring the U.S. building buzz and growing his fan base.

In early 2018, a video with him freestyling in a Florida barbershop to A Boogie with a Hoodie's "Jungle" instrumental caught traction on instagram, breaking 1 million views in a youtube compilation video later that year. The clip caught the attention of Tik Tok users in april of 2019 garnering 2.2 million views on tiktok under his @trevorleemusic profile (TikTok Profile. (77.7K Followers), and still draws new fans to his music today. Trevor released an original single version in mid 2019. It's currently his highest streaming release to date.

As of 2020, He's been covered by notable press such as The Source, Brown University Political Review, All Hip Hop, and Life Beyond Music. His release "Fadin" (October, 2020) partnered with the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. Now in 2024, He is performing in festivals with a brand new show featuring DJ PrimeTime256 supporting his latest single “IGUANA”.
